The battle for the next *Food Network Star* is in Rachael's kitchen and after eight weeks of competition it's down to six finalists! They must create a classic American dish while taking a question from the audience. Next up is Jeff Mauro, who calls himself the sandwich king. "My goal in life is to teach you the fundamentals of cooking through sandwich artistry," he says. "You can make any sandwich into a meal and any meal into a fantastic sandwich!" For this round of the competition he's trying to prove that by building a sandwich that would make the *Brady Bunch* proud - pork chops and apple sauce!
