"We would have moments in front of our son where we weren't agreeing, and he could sense that," Giuliana says. "What we had to do to get on the same page in front of him was to get on the same page behind him. You need to take time behind the scenes together."
As for balancing work and parenting, Giuliana and Bill stick to a strict 100% rule. When they're at work, they give 100% of their energy to it — and when they're home, they do the same. (They even put their cell phones in bins when they get home!)
