"The wonderful thing about gardening is that you don't have to be committed to any one thyme," Rach says. "You can bring home seeds, they're very inexpensive. Grow a little patch of lemon thyme… You can try a couple of different patches of thyme and see what your palate likes."
And the best part is that thyme is very versatile! You can use it in pasta, quesadillas, chicken, fresh salads and even in a savory dessert like Rach's Baked Pears.
