LL Cool J is taking some extra pride in his role on*NCIS: Los Angeles* these days since he plays a former Navy SEAL. "When you think about all the things that have been happening recently," he tells Rach, "it's wonderful to be able to portray a hero!" He recently hit the road for a few music gigs, but the rapper admits that at home with the family his music doesn't get as much attention by his daughters as the work of some other performers. "I think Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus may have a little more rotation in the house," he jokes. "I can't lie to you!" So when he wants to snack, he tries to hold back. "It's being able to put those mental handcuffs on, it's tough!"
