When Rachael sat down to chat with Matthew McConaughey at the SXSW Music Conference in Austin, she ended up getting a cooking lesson from the star! He says he dreams of being a chef, and has a simple strategy for dinner with his wife. "I really like to get everything in one bowl," Matthew explains. "A lot of times we'll make a pasta and we'll make a salad, and then we'll make a meat dish ... we end up putting pasta on the bottom, because of the heat, and then layering the salad and the meat on top. I love merging like that." As a Texas native, he's also a barbecue man who likes to devise his own sauces and rubs. "You can have so much fun with paprika and brown sugar bases, and you can go any way you want to!" He cooks, he acts, and now Matthew is adding another title to his resume: record producer!
