Rachael Ray Every Day's Feed It Forward contest was designed to highlight the work of grassroots, food-focused charities.

This year's winning nonprofit is AMOR Healing Kitchen, a charity based in Charleston, South Carolina.

"We bring teens into a kitchen and teach them culinary skills — and they cook healthy meals for cancer patients," AMOR's Executive Director, Maria Kelly, tells Rach.
