Michelle and Barack Obama

He's the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate and the first African-American to have a real shot at the White House, but that doesn't impress Barack Obama's two young daughters. "They are not impressed," he tells Rachael. "When I call them up and they say, 'Daddy what did you do today?' and I say, 'Well I spoke to 35,000 people,' it's like ... boring! It's not interesting." They do get a kick out of seeing their dad's face on campaign posters and T-shirts. And, they probably see more of him that way than in person as the 6-and 9-year-old girls remain in Chicago for school while their father travels across the country. Michelle Obama says they try and sneak in family time when Barack can take a short break. "If he's there for a chunk of time we usually have a family night, game night," she says, adding that they can occasionally even fit in a date. "It's dinner or a movie," Michelle jokingly admits, saying these days they're a bit too tired to fit both into one night.
