On her most recent trip to Ukraine, Rachael taught children at a youth education center St. John Bosco, to make beef borscht—and cried happy tears.   

"I'm so excited to share one of my favorite places... It's a vocational school for children, St. John Bosco. Kids can choose several different disciplines [to study]. Plus, it's of course where they pray. It's their home," says Rach.  

"I get so much joy from all of these kids," she adds.
