The mega-hit video for Beyoncé's "Single Ladies" has sparked a tidal wave of fans imitating her sexy dance moves and posting their amateur videos all over the Internet. Rachael brings the online craze into her studio by inviting three of these groups to strut their stuff in a "Single Ladies" Dance-off. Five elementary school teachers, a trio of teen best friends and one 30-year-old guy compete to see who really has Beyoncé's moves ... and the judge is someone who knows Beyoncé better than anyone else -- her mom, Tina Knowles!
Tina, who's a fashion entrepreneur, tells Rachael what she's looking for in the contestants: "Enthusiasm and confidence ... I just want to see you bust a move!"
After the teams show off their moves (watch the video above), Tina ranks the teams: Third place goes to the group of teachers, who win a $500 gift card to Tracy Matthews Designs (so they can *really* put a ring on it!), and the trio of teens grab second place and a $1,000 gift card.
"That means," Rachael exclaims, "the winner of the 'Single Ladies' Dance-off is actually from a whole different gender!" The 30-year-old Joner dances away with the trophy and a $3,000 gift card.
