Get a behind-the-scenes look at how Cougar Cheese—the cheese used in Rachael's Mac 'n' Cheese with Dill, Chives + Mustard Breadcrumbs and these Cheese-Stuffed Swedish Meatballs—is made at Washington State University Creamery by WSU students.

Cougar Cheese, including the popular Cougar Gold Cheese, is sold at Ferdinand's Ice Cream Shoppe at WSU, but it's also sold online. You can order it here—just keep in mind that warmer weather can impact shipping.
